Now that we have more room to host parties and started the tradition of having a Halloween party, I’ve gotten way more into Halloween. I’ve always been more into fall decor, so I didn’t know how much fun Halloween decor could be! However, I will say I am more of a spooky-chic person rather than the bloody gory stuff.. I’m a wimp! lol
It’s probably not a huge surprise, but Amazon is a great place to shop for Halloween pieces and I found some of the best just for you. Check out my list of links I compiled to see how easy (and inexpensive) it can be to get your home looking more spooktacular! Most of these items cost less than $20 too! Score!

Halloween Balloons
We all know my love for balloons run deep and I love a good balloon garland for any occasion! I love them so much, I did an entire blog post about them showing you exactly how to make a perfect garland every single time! Check out my balloon garland post here to see all my tips and tricks! If you’re not into the garland, maybe you can go with something a little more simple like the “Happy Halloween” or “Boo!” balloons. Either way, you can’t go wrong with balloons!
Spooky Paper Bats
I love seeing these Bats all over my Instagram and Pinterest . Be sure to fold the wings twice in opposite directions to create a more 3D look. Use removable adhesive to adhere the bats to the wall so you can rearrange if needed. You can make them yourself or save yourself the trouble by buying them here!
Mini Flexible Skeletons
Why are skeletons so cute? I love decorating with them! I place them in random spots and make them look like they are actually doing something. If you have trouble getting your skeletons to stay put, try using some removable adhesive or tape to keep them still.
Creepy Cloth Fabric
I love this creepy cloth 1000 times more than the traditional fake spider webbing you usually see with Halloween displays. This fabric is easier to work with and reuse too. They work great as table runners or accent pieces for your Halloween displays. I have found it at my local Dollar Tree a few times. However, this multipack is a good price if you are looking to use several pieces.
Witch Hats
It’s not Halloween with out a few witch hats, right? With this multipack of witch hats, you can create one of those cool floating hat displays. All you need to do is thread clear fishing line through the top of the hat and hang them at various lengths.
Floating Ghosts
I have a few of these ghosts and like hanging them in our trees when we host our annual Halloween party. They’re simple to assemble but make an impact as far as decor goes. I like that their arms are flexible so you can mold them whichever way you want. We usually zip-tie them to assure they don’t fall of the branches with the wind.
Halloween Banners
Banners are great to use for Halloween because they can help set the tone for your decor. You can make your own or purchase one of these that I found. I just recently got into the door hangers and think they make a great statement for any occasions too.
Coffin Letterboard
Everyone loves a good letterboard.. especially when they are coffin-shaped for Halloween! How fun is this one? This is a perfect way to display your fun or spooky message this year! You can use it to wish your guests a “Happy Halloween” or as a menu for your Halloween party.
Skull
Wouldn’t you say that skulls are the perfect Halloween knick-knack? They add the perfect amount of spookiness to any display! Place a skull next to some spooky candlesticks or in front of a Halloween sign to complete the look. They look cool and creepy on a shelf too!
Creepy Chain
Throw one of these creepy chains in a tree or place it on your table like you would a table runner too add some more creepy fun to your Halloween decor. Is “dungeon chic” a thing? Chains are a great staple for your Halloween collection!
Large Spider Web
This huge spider web is such an easy way to make a big impact this Halloween! Most people use it outside, but I am tempted to use it inside our cabin for our Halloween party this year! It’s easy to hang and reusable for all the years to come.
Halloween Pillows
Pillow covers were my secret weapon when we lived in our first home. It was tiny, had very little storage, and pillow covers were way easier to store than actual pillows. To avoid storing a ton of accent pillows, purchase a few pillow covers instead. Throw them over your current pillows or buy a few pillow inserts and you are good to go! I have discovered pillow covers to be a lot cheaper than pillows too. I like to buy multipacks like these from Amazon.
